SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in this The Hess Persson Estates (HPE) Friends and Family Wine Sale I agree to the following:

General

I am 21 years or older.
All wines I order are for personal use and not for resale. If I do resell wines, I will be subject to possible termination if I am a THCW employee. If I am not a HPE employee I will be subject to possible criminal and/or civil prosecution, in addition to having my name and address provided to the California ABC.
If I resell wines purchased in the Friends and Family sale, I authorize HPE to charge the discounted amount of the wines and full shipping costs to my credit card, up to the full retail price of the wines before discount.
The product pricing in the sale is confidential and may not be made public in printed or any other form.

Shipping

I understand that there are restrictions based on permits in states to which HPE may ship wines. I will abide by these restrictions.
My cases are expected to ship within 2 -5 weeks after I place my order.
Should I not live in a state to which HPE is permitted to ship, I may purchase wine and ship it to a state into which HPE is permitted to ship.
All orders must be sent to an address where someone 21 years or older can sign for the shipment with no exceptions.
Wine cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Shipments may be sent to friend, relative or neighbor at least 21 years old who will be present to sign for the shipment.
I understand that if, after three delivery attempts, my wine may not be delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse. This returned wine may be reshipped to the same or a different location at my sole expense.

Orders

Orders may only be placed using a valid credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).
Credit cards will be charged upon order placement.
All orders must pay applicable taxes.
